Maintenance Policy
The college has a well-established and well-organized system and procedure for maintaining and utilizing physical, academic and sports facilities. The institute has formed various committees for smooth functioning of the system. College Advisory committee facilitates the head of the institution in all kinds of important and significant decisions. Regular meetings are undertaken to discuss new policies for improvement and maintenance of infrastructure.
Classrooms
Students make good use of classrooms on daily basis and these classrooms are thrown open for Government, Competitive Exams on non-working days. Seminar halls, conference hall and auditorium are efficiently used for organizing various functions, programmes, rehearsals, talks and guest lectures. Support staff keeps the classrooms well-maintained and clean.
Laboratories
Laboratories and equipments, tools, devices, gadgets, apparatus, gears and appliances are maintained by concerned staff for maximum utilization. Technical Assistants are always ready with their support in case of any requirement. All concerned staff members ensure safety of the electronic equipments. The support staff is always on their toes to clean and maintain laboratories.
Sports facilities
Library Committee enforces rules to update library records, maintenance of books and purchase of new books as per the requirement. Librarian keeps the environment of the library convivial for reading, writing and listening. Every member in the library ensures smooth entry and exit of students and security of the students' belongings. Technology too helps in ensuring safety of the library. No book gets issued unless it is registered with library authorities. Support staff ensures timely disbursal of newspapers, magazines, journal and newsletters. In the library, books are stacked in the almirah by the restorer and the peon deputed to clean the tables and chairs ensures smooth seating arrangement. Librarian oversees silence that has to be maintained in the library.
Security Guard
Security Guard have been deployed at the entrance gate of the college. CCTV cameras have been installed to safeguard the equipments and assets. Surveillance cameras monitor parking areas of the college.
Canteen Committee
Canteen Committee ensures hygiene and healthy meals for everyone. They also ensure that eatables are of good quality and are available at discounted rates.
Waste Management and Campus cleanliness Committee
Maintenance and cleanliness of administrative and academic blocks, lawns & gardens, corridors, parking areas and entire campus is undertaken by administrative supervisor. Efficient team of many people is on their toes to keep the campus in proper shape and form. In short, the college has an energetic, proficient, productive and an operative policy to maintain and utilize all facilities available in the college. The head of the institution proactively ensures that all facilities are not only utilized but also regularly maintained.
