Every student is issued a Library-cum-Identity Card which is mandatory in the college. If the card is misplaced or damaged, then a duplicate card is issued after depositing requisite fee.
Librarian can issue two or three books at a time for 15 days on Library-cum-Identity Card.
The librarian has the authority to recall any book even before the due date.
Students to whom the books are issued cannot lend them further.
Mutilation of books, periodicals and newspapers is not allowed.
A student not returning the book shall be liable to a fine of Rs.1/-per day.
Book lost or damaged in any way shall have to be replaced or the cost of edition plus 20% extra must be paid by the borrower
